Lost communication emails are limited to administrators. As I understand it any user with e-mail associated to the account that also has rights to the folders that those device reside in will receive lost communication email.

My DCE is sending "Critical Communication error with device x.x.x.x" to users who are not "Administrators" of my DCE. They are users with permissions to devices however they are not Administrators of the server. It is also sending emails to users who have "View Only" access to those devices. I can't figure out why.

Any ideas are appreciated.
