    Hi Muhammad

It is possible to change the output voltage to L-N 230v

I'm presuming your input voltage is 380v if you have 220v L-N at the moment.

You can change your output to 400v giving you 230v L-N, this will still  be within the tolerances if your UPS goes to bypass

If you do want to try it.

    1. In Power Control Menu - Put the UPS into Bypass

    2. In Power Control Menu - Turn UPS Off

    3. In UPS Configuration, Change the Power Output from 380v to 400v.

    4. Turn UPS on

    5. Take UPS out of Bypass.

    Regards

    Matt

    Thanks Matt...

But UPS didnt allow to turned off its load from display. UPS turned off command is disabled. Whats the procedure to enable it or turned off load from display????

    Hi Muhammad

If shutdown via the display is disabled, then you cannot perform this procedure and the message: Command not allowed, UPS configured to never shutdown appears. If you want to enable shutdown via the display, this is done by a Schneider Electric field service engineer.

It is probably best to talk with your local Customer Care team regarding this on +971 4 7099333 regarding this.

    Regards

    Matt
