    I'm trying to configure smtp.office365.com on port 587 (TLS enabled) on this device but it's not working. I keep getting this

    Last Test Result: (<recipient email>) Test e-mail failed; SMTP configuration error.
    Last Server Response: 220 2.0.0 SMTP server ready

    I've used the same settings on other APC UPS devices (all much newer) and they work. Is there a minimum firmware version I should be running on the NMC 2 card? Currently I have -

    Name: sumx
    Version: v6.2.0
    Name: aos
    Version: v6.2.0
    Name: bootmon
    Version: v1.0.8

    Hi,

    I suggest you update the firmware. The latest NMC firmware is 6.8 and can be downloaded here. The file to download is SFSUMX680

    Thank you. Resolved the issue with O365 email working correctly
