We replaced the APC Battery on our Smart-UPS SRT 6000 back in May which the UPS acknowledged but we don't seem to be able to clear the critical alarm on the front home screen of the UPS Network Management Card 2?
Self Test has run multiple times.(See Attached)
If the self-test has passed am I correct in assuming that the UPS LCD display no longer reports any active alerts? If this is the case then it may be sufficient to reboot the network management interface in the NMC web interface section Control>Network>Reset/Reboot>Reboot Management Interface. Rebooting the network management interface will not affect the UPS output.
