Is this seriously how APC handles Bug reports and customer support?
I wrote to CS about this issue first on 2018/10/08 and got this number 52341586 --> no reply
Then I wrote again three weeks later and got this number 52664164 --> no reply
Meanwhile I commented my problem on a related post https://forums.apc.com/spaces/7/ups-management-devices-powerchute-software/forums/general/12838/ap9631-network-interface-restarted#87385 --> no reply
More than one week ago I created this post and still no answer!
Can't you fix the problem? Do you need more information? Have you seized development on the product and are not able to release a bugfix?
Or when can I start using my AP7920B without coredumps?
