Getting Phase 1 Load Critical Warning (AP7911B)

I just got my AP7911B switched PDU.

The wattage provided by the colocation for my rack is 30A with 208v, and my devices are using total of ~4.9kw.

Each device takes about 3A, there are 8 devices, thus the total currents I am using are 24A, and sometimes it can go over a bit by %7.

That said, I am getting the Phase1 Load Critical Warning quite often. Looks like APC PDU enforces the 80% rule of derated input currents.

My questions are how safe/unsafe is it to ignore these warnings ? At what amps will it actually hit the circuit breaker?

If I know for sure that my devices won't take more than 27 amps in total (90% of actualy max capacity), is it safe to operate at this level ?

    Thank you.
