The battery power is too low to continue to support the load; the UPS will shut down if input power

    UPS: Smart-UPS RT 6000 RM XL
    Both batteries replaced with APC genuine on 3/31/21
    Calibration completed successfully and showing 30 minutes of runtime but still have this error message

    • The battery power is too low to continue to support the load; the UPS will shut down if input power does not return to normal soon.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated
