Hi - we have an issue were our SRT10KRMXLI has turned all its outlet groups off. I cannot power them back on from the NMC and I appear to have a reduced menu function in the web client. I am logged on as apc (super user).
I cannot restart the unit from the web client and there appears to be very little I can do. We are under lockdown rules and I am unable to attend site. I have updated the NMC to the latest firmware.
Any help would be appreciated before I have to get someone (at cost) to go in and have a look.
