    Hi there,

In our environment we are monitoring the devices with PRTG.
I've tried all options it has for APC devices but I cannot find a sensor for the current error state.
The Smart-UPS X 1000 states: Critical Alarm Battery Disconnected but in PRTG it shows me all is fine.
Does anybody know which OID I should be using to capture this error?PRTG APC sensors

    Hi there,
I have found a work around for my issue.

By using the OID and setting upper & lower limits I can check the voltage and verify the battery connectivity.

    Hi Ronald,

To give you an additional data point - the OID . (upsBasicStateOutputState) has a bunch of flags that can be triggered based on different UPS events. Flag 33 for "no batteries attached" should be flipped to "1" when a battery disconnect event occurs.
