    Hello,

I have a situation for fews month with my old Smart UPS (a SRT3000 with AP9617). I would like to access to the manageits but there is no way to access to it.

I tried via the Serial (RJ-45 -> USB) with 940-0127B/E and via the network cable on the network card. In both case, impossible to see it with the managements tools (network management device IP, powerchute and putty/hyperterminal following this article https://www.apc.com/uk/en/faqs/FA156064/#Terminal )

With an arp-a command, the UPS can't be seen either. No signs of the UPS on the router even if the status led of the RJ-45 is solid green and the other blinks randomly. My former router had a different comportement, the UPS was directly show in the offline devices list but without IP adress assigned.

I must have missed something, does anyone have an idea for solving this ?

    Hi Vincent,

The AP9617 is not supported in the SRT line of UPS's. Here's a list of our NMC models, and what UPS's they are compatible in: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA237786/

    Hi Matt,

Thanks you for your answer, this is a weird that no one in the company saw it before. I will buy a AP9630 or 9631 in the next days.
