So I recently purchased a refurbished SMT2200RM2U and when I first did a self-test I noticed when it finished it was at around 75%. I thought that was peculiar as I only have ~20-25% load on the UPS. When I started the calibration it appears the UPS went from 100% to 55% almost immediately and from 54.5 volts to ~48. These should be fresh batteries, is there perhaps a problem with one of them? I was expecting almost an hour of runtime with ~20% load.

Update: battery is now at 100% charge reporting a 34 minute runtime with a 20.1% va and 20.8% output watt. Per the runtime calculator with a healthy set of batteries I should expect ~55 mins-1 hour. Leaning battery issue?

    Hi Ryan -

Was this refurbished by APC or a reseller? Are they indeed APC factory batteries in the unit? I would be inclined to say that the issue is battery related.
