I have fault replace battery on my smart ups srt 20000 i did run time calibration but nothing changer still the same
Note: the batteries new and run time changed from 45 min before fault to 5 min after fault
Hey Ahmed, what’s the first 6 digits of the serial number (this will identify the age of the batteries you’ve been supplied)?
Did the calibration test confirm it was completed successfully?

yeh i did calibration and it was successful but the fault still the same
before five months i got the same problem then i replaced the batteries and the fault didnt go so i did calibration its gone
