    The last two times when the UPS runs a self-test there has been an error afterwards.

    Notifications go like this:

    • 0 seconds: self-test started
    • 10 seconds: self-test passed
    • + few more seconds: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
    • + few more seconds: A discharged battery condition no longer exists.

    Does this mean that the self-test is wrong and the battery is starting to wear out?

    Hi Bartolo - 

    Either you have a very large load connected to the UPS, you have your low battery signal set very high (default is 2 minutes) or the battery is starting to wear out. When was the battery last replaced?

    The battery is less than two years old. I created a support case and they will replace the battery under warranty.
