On 2/25/19 at 12:07:55 I got a "Battery is not installed properly" error message on this particular UPS. At 12:08:09 the UPS reported "The battery in now installed" via a message. There was no intervening action from me to do anything. The battery was replaced on 7/7/18 and currently passes the self test properly.
Any idea what may have happened? Thank you!
I am having this same problem. Did you find a resolution? I may open a new thread since APC doesn't seem to be responding to yours.
