After replacing all 4 batteries, Symmetra LX is operating very unstable.
At the moment, at least one intelligence module and 2 batteries are ok (as indicated by the network card).
However, can't not return Symmetra LX from the bypass mode.
Please, help to understand the reason why.
Can provide an access to the web interface for the device management from particular ips.
Can you attach the log file from the NMC and the status data. We should be able to see what the issue is then

Looking through the attached events log I think it would be better if you could contact your local Customer Care team on +7 495 777 99 88 we can then troubleshoot and document things much better.

I did some manipulation yesterday.
In particular, I exchanged the slots for intelligence modules. The web management system shows now that (see attachments)
1 all batteries are ok
2 faulty is the IM with the different serial number
Seems all components are ok.
However, I still can't return my Symmetra LX from the bypass mode.
