Hi all, who can I escalate this to? I emailed customer care for my BackUPS which failed to function and there were email exchanges and after providing all the information asked for on 12 Feb, all went silent even after repeated emails. I called the support line and spoke to a representative and was told they will call me back, but no one ever did. Can someone please help?! Can't imagine such terrible service from a reputed company. Thanks!
