Hi. I have an APC model P4 surge protector, S/N 3Z0704P01905, that may have failed (the green light is no longer lit) so I don't know if I am being protected or not. the red wiring fault indicator is not lit.
I believe this may have a lifetime warranty on it and I would like to see if I can get it replaced. If so, what do I have to do?
Bump. Not sure why Schneider/APC is not responding but I'll try and look elsewhere.
This is more of a community support forum. APC do have reps here but they really only respond on a best effort basis. You should probably contact your local support office if you need urgent support.
