    Hi Matt,

    The only supported RADIUS servers are FreeRADIUS, Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, and Microsoft Windows 2000 RADIUS Server. Other RADIUS servers may work but have not been fully tested or supported by APC. The manual is below:

    There is a KBase we have published detailing how to set up FreeRadius server with the rack access unit. The KBase is FA156100. The link for the KBase is below:

    What about RSA Authentication Manager?

    I have a bunch of Rack Access PX-HIDs and would like to configure RADIUS so we can tie AD user names to Access Cards.

    Has anybody done this? What radius server did you use? In particular, has anybody used RSAs offering for radius?

    Hi Matt,

    Unfortunately we only fully support the servers listed in the manual. No other ones have fully been tested by APC.
