I had to email apc about a problem which couldn't sign in to my account on apc.com. So this is the e-mail I just got around 5pm today

Bill, the first post you saw is the email I was sent right after I emailed them. So doing another email just to get the same one is no point.
I have asked one of our e-support team to contact you concerning your issue.
I was contacted Feb 28 at 2:43 PM. Maybe that day was just a glitch with yahoo? Not sure.
Good thing everything works fine now.
