NBWS100T fails to connect to NBRK0570 following Firmware transfer

    Upon completion of firmware transfer and status change to "Ready to apply" with Apply Firmware Update, all sensors dropped off as pod unplugged. Sensors have been powered off and on but will not successfully connect to the NetBotz appliance. NetBotz AV shows all sensors in "Ready to apply" status as unplugged. (see attachments)

    Hi Barry,

    NetBotz products are supported over at the dcimsupport.apc.com community. I'd recommend you post this question/issue there for expert support.
