  • Hello everyone

I have one problem with my UPS

My UPS show text that unable to go into bypass. And fault light was on.

I take out the battery and supply 3 phase 400V with neutral, phase - Neutral voltage is 222-224V, 45-46HZ.

    M states = 00 01 02 00000000 10000000 00000080 05

my input Voltage is as picture. I think that my source is on spec.

    please help me

  • That's a great deal. On the SMT series when you query the status, the display  shows batteries temperature ( it has a sensor very close to the batteries ) which should be around 32C  ( at least mine show 31C )  but mine is a standup model and yours is a rack model so perhaps it run hotter. I would put new batteries, charge it to 100% and then unplug it to notice if the fan start right away if not that could be the reason.  I have seen original APC batteries bended when they were  quite older and the UPS charging voltage when measured were under specs.
