I have been getting below error when I try to access my APC via web browser
The screenshot shows A! which means there is an issue with the application on the NMC. See Schneider Electric FAQ FA156130
You should flash the firmware to resolve. You will find our latest firmware at this link https://www.apc.com/ae/en/tools/download/

Do we need to reboot APC UPS after firmware upgrade.?
The reason I am asking this question is my UPS is live and I cannot reboot/restart at this moment.

That is not the proper firmware. If you UPS is a Smart-UPS you need to download SFSUMX664.
Updating the firmware on the NMC will reboot the NMC. it will not reboot the UPS so the load will remain stable.
