    Dear

    I have an error on MGE Galaxy 300 UPS. Showing as below could not find the solution. UPS is not showing its status.

    I think your problem is in your power chat software installed in your computer, or maybe your NMC card.

    if you have one more card put it and check, if same problem happen again  then reinstall power chat software, if not card are fult.

    You should contact local technical support for assistance. They will help you diagnose the UPS and network card. Local support can be found at this link http://www.apc.com/sa/en/support/contact-us/index.jsp Local phone support is available Sunday - Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and e-mail support is also available.
