I have an error on MGE Galaxy 300 UPS. Showing as below could not find the solution. UPS is not showing its status.
I think your problem is in your power chat software installed in your computer, or maybe your NMC card.
if you have one more card put it and check, if same problem happen again then reinstall power chat software, if not card are fult.

Open cover from top and remove display cable for 3 minutes then return it back. It'll fix the problem
