Sorry for the inconvenience. Please disconnect the temperature probe from the NMC. Then Log into the NMC and go to Control - Network - Reset/Reboot and select Reset all and Excluding TCP/IP. Accept the settings and then reboot the NMC. When the NMC is back on line reattach the cable.
