Issue with new SURT15KRMXLI ups

    We have bought two SURT15KRMXLI, we connected both of them to single phase input, and one of them stared up fine, but the other started up then It gave communication error and now it's not displaying any thing on the display, please advise?

    Hi Salah - 

    I would verify that the display panel is connected properly - You can compare it to your unit that is working fine. Assuming that both are set up the same way, the issue could be related to the communications controller in the UPS itself. I would suggest contacting your local APC support team for further assistance in troubleshooting.

    The display panel is connected properly, I even swapped the panels between the two UPSs and I can confirm the panel is working fine. I have contacted the support today and raised a ticket and waiting for replay, is there any thing I can to to check this communications controller.
