    I have unit work since 9 months, and today UPS dropped the load and give fault as below picture (Power Sys Error 00020) , But the when I restart it, its worked again normally . please advice what this fault ? and why its happened .

    Here is a related thread. This is a common fault on the SRT range. They mention a UPS firmware update MAY resolve the issue. http://forums.apc.com/spaces/5/smart-ups-symmetra-lx-rm/forums/general/11333/srt8kxli-power-sys-error-00020 

    Another method would be to perform the brain dead procedure which discharges the UPS's capacitors of all DC voltage. At this point the UPS will be turned off (including the output power to your load) and will be completely inoperable.
