    I'm trying to understand my options for support on Smart-UPS (Smart-UPS 5000).

    I would like some sort of support contract, so that if the Smart-UPS fries, I'm not facing an unplanned CapEx purchase to replace it.  Does such a thing exist?

    Up to 6 years onsite/replace can be bought, contact your reseller.
