    I have this

    model :  SRT5KXLI
    S/N :  Q51444272468

and I am receiving an alarm and mentioning the error 02000.

I've checked the alarm status and mentioned there that the

internal RBC is disconnected. Could you please help me.

and maybe you can give me your support here in Jeddah, KSA.

    Thank you.

    Hi Mannie,

This alarm indicates one or both RBC modules of the internal battery pack are disconnected. You can try clearing the alarm   by disconnecting and reconnecting the two battery modules then running a self-test with at least 500W load connected. If the alarm   persists, brain dead the UPS by removing its input, then turn off the UPS Output from the display under Control menu. Pressing the On/Off button of the UPS at this stage will enable you to select Internal Power Off. If the alarm still persists, you should upgrade to the latest UPS and embedded network card firmware revisions. Local support (contact info below) will be able to assist with the guide and the necessary firmware files.

    Dear Mr.SVS,

I have the same problem right now, i've Apc SRT10kva and first problem is "Check Battery Cable" then i've try clearing alarm by disconnecting and reconnecting battery modul then running again but not solve, and then i've try removing input and turn off UPS output then finally solved alarm.

but for a view day UPS problem again by the same alarm, I submitted the same thing as yesterday but instead add alarm that is "check battery cableandinternalRBC disconnected", so now there are 2 and I do the same thing but it did not work. Is there a way out ?

Can you provide steps to install firmware ups update?

    Thank you.....
