I got a BK350 UPS, everyday it operate is fine, but when 1830- next day 8am, it will shut down automatically, and will auto turn on in next day 8AM, it is new buy UPS, no change any setting, base on default. then we check our building, the power supply is fine, and we would like to know, why the UPS will become like that. and anything i can do reset ? or use the interface button to reset it? and is it the timer include of this UPS?
The BK350 does not have a timer feature built in.
What are the exact model and serial numbers? You will find them on bar code sticker located on the bottom of the UPS.
Another question, do you have the USB cable attached and if so are you running any monitoring software?
HI bill, thanks update.
the model is
Serial number is : 4B1739P34462
Do you have the USB cable attached and if so are you running any monitoring software?
it is running the Auto door operation system only. only control the one system to sense to open the door when the staff was tap on, and tap out.
any update of this ??
As I wrote back on February 8 the unit does not have a built in timer. Unless the USB cable has been attached and there is software telling the UPS to power down there is no reason for it to happen.
You can brain dead the unit to reset to factory defaults.
1: Disconnect any attached load.
2: Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
3: Disconnect the UPS' internal battery.
4: Push and hold the "On" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
5: Reconnect internal battery.
6: Plug UPS in to known good power source.
7: Turn UPS on.
