I have an ES 750 UPS that beeps once a second, the red battery LED is flashing, and the green power on LED is solid. This does not quite fit the troubleshooting criteria, but suggests either 1) dying battery or, 2) a defect/malfunction in the circuitry.
Before I buy another battery, is anyone familiar with this combination of trouble signals? Thanks.

hi peter , that flash indicates bad battery , it can be old and bad battery or you can have a problem with the charger , you can test the charger with a multimeter ( it need to be a little more than your battery voltage) , if the voltage is ok , you only need to change the battery.
regards
