    I have Back-UPS ES 550G
    Firmware revision: 870.O2.I
Software version: PowerChute Personal Edition 2.0

    It shows:
Result of last manual self-test is: Unsupported
    And tehnical data:
Last manual self test date: Unsupported
    *1.*what is this meaning?
*2.*Do this model have Overload Shutdown?

Says that there is Overload Shutdown, but who knows if it is automatic?

*3*.Funny result, is this possible, did i miss something?

I get digital multimeter total load: 0.78A
    0.78A x 230V = *183.3 VA*

This is what i get UPS Selector
-( Extra Power for future expansion value 0%)

-(AMD Athlon 64 2800+ is missing on list

    i used AMD Athlon 64 2600+ )
    APC Smart-UPS 1000VA LCD 230V
    % of Max Capacity Used: 54 % = ( *540 VA* )

If the software reports "Not supported," it means that the firmware on that particular UPS model cannot take advantage of a certain feature.

Yes, The BE550G does have an overload protection circuit which will sense when too much power is being drawn from a device or devices plugged into an outlet marked "Battery Backup + Surge Protection."

When using the UPS selector, it will base the load on the total amount of power capable of being drawn by the piece of equipment that you select. This is often more than the nominal power draw that you would read with multimeter. The maximum load must be accounted for when sizing a UPS so that any inrush does not overload the UPS and possibly drop the load.
