I bought a UPS on March 6th, the UPS did not work and I sent it for replacement, to this day I have no answer.I'm going to buy another UPS from a company that has better after-sales support. How can I ask for the money back?

As for a refund, did you purchase the unit from the APC by Schneider Electric web site? If so you can go to the site an request a refund or contact local support for assistance. If you purchased the unit from a reseller / partner you will need to contact them about a refund.
