Smart UPS 3000 - not emailing on self test

    I have a couple of these UPS' that, while configured just like the others, don't seem to email on Self Test. One of them appears to have already completed it's self test (tells me the last one was today) but no email was received, the rest work as intended and we receive emails. Performing the email test manually results in an email being sent and received.

    All are set to Local SMTP server, Long Format, Email enabled. The server IP matches and nothing in the logs specifically pointing to this. Originally I thought it might be because they were on the same workgroup switch, but one of the (the successful one) proved me wrong there.

    Ideas of things to look for would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
