just setup our netbotz rock monitor 200.

it sends an email when over a certain threshold (82 degrees right now), but doesnt include the temperature.
just a "high temperature threshold violation" is in the email, not the temperature.

how do I get it to email me the temperature each time?

unfortunately the 200 currently can't send the actual temperature in the email. If you use isx central there is a work around though. If you set a manual threshold in central, it will include the temperature in the email. This issue has been brought up in the past and hopefully will be on the road map for a future release.
