    Received the following alert:

Alert Description:The value of 'Temperature (1)' was too low, but has now returned to normal.
    Alert Type:Value Too Low
    Severity:Error (returned to normal)
    Alert Level:Return To Normal
    Sensor:Temperature (1)
    Sensor Value:71.2 °F
    Access information:õR
    Pod:Sensor Pod
    Time Detected:05/03/2016 01:47:04 AM
Time Returned to Normal:05/03/2016 01:47:04 AM
    Notification Time:05/03/2016 01:47:08 AM
    Threshold Name:Default
    Action Name:Primary E-mail Notification
    Alert ID:nbErrorCond_AB7A8D78
    Version:V4_5_0_20150518_1808
Graph of 'Temperature (1) - Sensor Pod' from 05/03/2016 12:47:04 AM to 05/03/2016 01:47:08 AM - return to normal

We did not receive an email indicating that the temperature dropped too low, just the alert saying it returned to normal.  Notice that the time detected and time returned to normal are the same time.  The graphs included in the alert agree that the temperature was steady between 70-71 degrees.

Why is it alerting and how do I prevent these false alarms?

    Thanks.

    Ben.
